WHY 4-6 WEEKS?
Although I would love to devote my entire day to STAIZY, I have other responsibilities as a full-time mommy, working and of course my hand embroidery pieces can take multiple hours to complete. This is the reason why I state 4-6 weeks to ship orders. My aim is to provide customers with all the necessary information and set clear expectations.
WHAT DOES STAIZY MEAN?
STAIZY is a combination of Stevie and her nickname, Daisy Girl. The name was inspired by Stevie, and I wanted something that reflected her. I noticed various shops with "daisy this" or "daisy girl that," and decided to combine Stevie's name with Daisy. And voila! STAIZY was born.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our custom hand-made items are made with great care and attention to detail, and as a result, we do not offer refunds or returns. We value our customers and their satisfaction, so we encourage them to contact us if they encounter any issues with their purchase. We will do our utmost to provide a solution if necessary.
WIDE BRIM SEASON?
Wide Brims are a limited products and are available starting the first day of fall through February 1st of every year. Our Wide Brims require a significant amount of time and each hat is a unique investment that requires several hours of work. Designs are completed during the off-season so that they are ready to ship on the first day of fall every year. If you miss your chance for a Wide Brim, hold on for the next first day of fall for our new Wide Brim Season.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
At present, I rely on USPS for all of my shipping needs. Each order is carefully packaged, and I must admit, the pretty packaging brings me joy!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please note that all orders are custom-made by hand and require a turnaround time of typically four to six business weeks.
